The case is under the provisions of POCSO Act.

However, there are no documents in support of the service being effected upon the private respondent or any document is submitted before this court in support of the service.

Since the bail application is pending since 9th October, 2025, I am of the view that further pendency of the bail application is unwarranted.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2103 of 2025 is dismissed.
