2. In the facts and circumstances, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

3. The appellant-Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- which is already deposited along with accrued interest.

4. Copy of the instructions filed be kept with the record.
