Petitioner is in custody for five years five months. Only six witnesses have been examined.

Prosecution will conclude the evidence within the next six months.

Considering the earlier direction passed by this Court as well as the materials which were collected in course of investigation, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2091 of 2025 is dismissed. 5.

State is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.

Petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid time period.
