1. While not pressing the petition or anticipatory bail, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should be allowed to surrender before the competent court and seek regular bail.

2. Taking into consideration of such submission, it is directed that the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balurghat at Dakshin Dinajpur within 15 days from today after giving five days' advance notice to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor attached to that court. On his surrender and filing application for bail the same shall be disposed of on merit in accordance with law on the same day.

3. With the aforesaid observation, CRM (A) 4598 of 2023 is disposed of.
