Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners who submits that the writ petition had been preferred praying for directions upon the respondents to enlist the petitioners as contractors as per their category for Civil Engineering work under the Damodar Valley Corporation.

It is submitted that 14 years have passed and at present the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, considering the materials on record and hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
