The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, is required to be disposed of. The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed against an order dated 03.11.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sreerampur in Misc. Case No. 25 of 2008 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and order dated 23.09.2011 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sreerampur, Hooghly in M. Ex. Case No. 4 of 2010 arising the Misc. Case No. 25 of 2010 under Section 125 Cr. P.C. Perused the petition as well as the impugned order, this court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. The order dated 03.11.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sreerampur, in Misc. Case No. 25 of 2008 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is accordingly affirmed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
