The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, is required to be disposed of. The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed against an ex parte order dated 24.09.2010 as well as Execution Proceeding No. 90 of 2011 in connection thereof passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore in criminal Misc. Case No. 11 of 2007. The impugned order inter alia, stated that the opposite party/petitioner herein is directed to pay maintenance for the "Iddat Period, the fair provision, the articles, ornaments and denmohar, gold ornaments etc" as had been mentioned in the petition within a period of two months from the date of passing of the order, failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to put Misc. case in execution. Vide order dated 27.09.

2013 passed by this Court the petitioner herein submitted that the Iddat money had been paid. The learned advocate for the opposite party prayed for time to take instruction in the matter. After a lapse of 10 years the instant criminal revisional application has lost its legal efficacy and has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
