This is a matter relating to die-in-harness where the petitioner prayed for service as a teacher in a primary school but it was not considered. Subsequently the petitioner by filing another representation dated 05.10.2021 (vide page 44 Annexure P-9 of the writ application) has submitted that he may be given a job as a clerk.

The Chairman DPSC is directed to take a decision in respect of this representation and if necessary he may give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to intimate the decision by two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.

The order that has been passed on 17th June, 2019 by the DPSC is set aside in the facts and circumstances of this case.
