Rina Choudhuri have already been recorded under Section 164 of the Code. The other witnesses cited by the complainant have also been examined under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Thus, it appears that the prime grievance of the petitioners about non-examination of the complainant and other relevant witnesses have already been redressed. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

However, the Investigating Agency shall conclude the investigations expeditiously and in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed
