Learned advocate for the private respondent no.7 submits that a civil suit was preferred and, presently, a Revisional Application is pending before the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.

Having considered that the dispute and differences between the petitioner and

the private respondent no.7 is private in nature, the police authorities have hardly any role to involve themselves.

However, the police authorities would abide by any order passed by the learned civil court and/or any other appropriate authority, in case, they find that there is dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent no.7.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24845 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
