Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates the petitioner. Apparently, a video relating to the incident of the victim was claimed to be uploaded in the social media.

The investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5173 of 2022 is dismissed.
