The petitioners move the writ application praying for leave to file an application before the respondent no. 2.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to make an application within seven days from date, and the respondent no. 2 shall then consider the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been filed by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted.
