Mr. Arijit Bardhan Mr. Prasenjit Pal Mr. Avirup Chatterjee Mr. Rishov Das Mr. Surajit Dasgupta Mr. Gourab Mondal .....For the petitioners The petitioner filed this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India Challenging the impugned order dated 23rd September, 2025 passed in S.A. No. 477 of 2025 By the said impugned order the matter was adjourned on 30th October, 2025 as put up.

The petitioner has filed an application being I.A. No. 3331 of 2025 arising out of S.A. No. 477 of 2025 praying for appointment of Special Officer to visit the said property under possession of the bank and to make inventory of the goods lying in property. The possession of the property has been already taken over by the bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays for direction upon the DRT to dispose of the application in accordance with law.

Such prayer appears reasonable and genuine In view of such prayer the service of the notice and an application upon the opposite party is hereby dispensed with.

Under the above circumstances, learned Tribunal is directed to dispose of the said application either on 30th October, 2025 or week thereafter independently or in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 3764 of 2025 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs'

All parties at liberty to act on the server copy of the order duly downloaded from of official website of the Hon'ble High Court.
