The present Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat is personally present in Court.

The affidavit of compliance has been filed, wherefrom it appears that the resolution of the Gram Panchayat taken in the year 2020 has been forwarded to the Sub-Divisional Officer only in April, 2024. The current Pradhan took over charge in the month of August, 2023.

It appears that there has been enough delay in complying the order passed by this Court.

Nevertheless, as the present incumbent took charge only in August, 2023, accordingly, no further order is passed in the instant application and the same stands disposed of.

The contempt Rule stands discharged.

The personal appearance of the present Gram Panchayat is dispensed with.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
