The petitioners claim to be thika tenant of a portion of the subject premises.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners that they are yet to file any application in the prescribed format seeking mutation. The petitioners merely filed representation without an appropriate application.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the respondent Corporation.

In the event, an application is made in the prescribed format along with the prescribed fees the

same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing of all the necessary parties.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties thereafter.

WPA 24304 of 2022 is disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in court be taken on record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
