Accordingly, an order was passed by the learned Trial Court on 25.03.2025 disposing of the matter as withdrawn and acquitting the accused as per Section 257 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the above, no further order need be passed in this regard, even as to costs.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
