Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the independent witnesses including the wife of the victim read with the postmortem report wherefrom it appears that the deceased was subject to physical assault prior to death by hanging.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5.
