Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on instructions that, the complaint of the petitioner was registered as a First Information Report and that on completion of investigation, a charge-sheet was submitted. Of the three accused, all surrendered and obtained bail. In the facts of the present case, since the police took action as noted above, no further interference is called for by the Writ Court.

WPA 22259 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
