1. Let Treasury Officer, Kamarhati Circle, North 24 Parganas be added as party respondent to the instant proceedings.

2. Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-onrecord of the petitioner to amend the cause title of the instant contempt application.

3. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that the respondents are not complied with the order of this Court.

4. Mr. Vaisya, learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor has produced a copy of the Pension Payment Order and the same has been handed over to the Counsel for the petitioner here and now.

5. This Court is, therefore, of the view that the order dated 10th April, 2024 has been complied with by the alleged contemnor.

6. It is expected that the Treasury Officer, Kamarhati Circle, North 24 Parganas shall release all

payments in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

8. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

9. There will be no order as to costs.

Let a copy of this order along with the instant contempt application be served on the Treasury Officer, Kamarhati Circle, North Parganas forthwith.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
