It is contended by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that a small plot of land owned by the predecessor in interest of the petitioner was utilised by the State-respondents for construction of a pump house therein on an assurance of either payment of compensation or offering job to one of the family members as land loser.

The petitioner submits that such assurance has not been honoured by the State-respondents till date. The petitioner seeks liberty to submit a comprehensive representation before the concerned authority in this regard and prays for a direction upon the authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Upon consideration of the submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with all relevant documents in support of his contention before the

7th respondent ventilating his grievance within a fortnight from date. The 7th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation within two months from the date of receipt thereof after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
