However, one order has been passed subsequently on 17.11.2022 to the effect that he has scored 82 marks in TET 2014 and he has been declared as TET qualified candidate.

Therefore, he should now be allowed to file his application for the ensuing recruitment process being a TET qualified candidate under reserved category who has obtained 82 marks which has also been declared by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in the said letter being no. 1881/WBBPE/2022 dated 17.11.2022.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
