1. This revisional application has been filed with a view to invoke jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for giving direction for early disposal of the suit which is pending since 2015.

2. Considering the prayer of this revisional application, no notice is required to be served upon the opposite parties as they will not be prejudiced in any manner if any direction is passed in this revisional application. Thus, the service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that plaintiff, being a man of 81 years, filed the suit being Title Suit No. 144 of 2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, Learned

Civil Judge (Senior Division), Katwa, Bardhaman is requested to dispose of the suit, being Title Suit No. 144 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the suit.

5. With this aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
