The writ petition is misconceived.

The petitioners have alleged inaction of Minakhan Police Station, Nazat Police Station as also the Superintendent of Police, North Parganas, Barasat. The allegation is with regard to fabrication of certain documents and impersonation.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate police station within whose jurisdiction the alleged incident took place. If such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

This order shall not be construed as an observation on the correctness of the allegations of the petitioners. The investigating agency shall decide such issues in a free, fair and impartial manner. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
