1. As directed in the order dated 17.12.2025, Mr. Talukdar, learned Advocate, appearing for the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) has taken necessary instruction and placed a copy of such instruction dated 23.12.2025, which is taken on record.

2. In terms of such instruction, the respondent KMDA is agreeable to accept Rs.12 lakhs in full and final settlement of the dues of the petitioner.

3. In view of the afore-stated, the demands of the KMDA dated 30.03.2010, 12.09.2012 and 23.07.2015, have been accordingly satisfied, by virtue of the instruction of 23.12.2025.

4. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, prays for eight weeks time to deposit the sum of Rs.12 lakhs.

5. Let such deposit be made by the petitioner by 28.02.2026; in default of such deposit within the stipulated time, the demands of the KMDA, as recorded in the afore-stated letter of demand dated 15.09.2020, will revive automatically.

6. With these observations, WPA 24218 of 2015 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
