The petitioner participated in the 1st SLST for recruitment of Assistant Teachers, 2016 in upper Primary Level of Schools.

The petitioner is complaining that though she is eligible but was not called for Personality Test. As directed Dr. Patra, learned counsel for the Commission, files a report.

It appears from the said report that the selection process after being set aside by the Co-ordinate Bench, was started afresh on and from January 04, 2021 but the petitioner did not participate in the fresh selection process as a consequence thereof is not entitled to be called in the verification. WPA 24321 of 2022 is dismissed as the said report is not in dispute.

There shall be no order as to costs.
