Having considered that the subject-matter of challenge before this Court is the order dated 05.08.2024 in respect of an order of bail granted pursuant to an order of interim bail passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Malda, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail.

However, if there is any change of circumstances, the petitioner would be at liberty to bring the same before the learned jurisdictional court with specific incidents/issues. The learned jurisdictional court will consider the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (DB) 3483 of 2024 is disposed of.
