This writ petition has been preferred alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities. 2.

It is submitted that a representation dated 07.10.2025 is pending consideration before the Chairman, Staff Selection Commission being the respondent no. 3 herein.

The petitioner in the instant writ petition has challenged the order passed by the appellate authority with regard to re-measurement of the height and chest of the writ petitioner and thereby disqualifying him in the appointment.

As the writ petitioner has already made a representation before the Chairman, Staff Selection Commission dated 07.10.2025, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 or any other authority which may be designated to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2025 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned order.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been filed by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted.

There shall be no order as to costs.
