1. Memo of evidence filed on behalf of the State is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary against the petitioner including the statement of witness and the fact that the petitioner has as many as seven criminal antecedents, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
