Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner claims to have purchased the plot in question. On the other hand, the private respondents claim title over a portion of the plot by way of inheritence. This is essentially a civil dispute between the parties. The report submitted by the State indicates that the police is keeping vigil in the area and is providing protection to the petitioner's factory in terms of the earlier order of this Court.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. The police authority shall continue to keep strict vigil in the area and render necessary assistance and protection to the petitioner and his factory in order to maintain law and order in the area.

Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition, the same is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
