4. In the said appeal the notice dated 22nd September, 2025 has been challenged.

5. Considering the fact, the notice dated 22nd September, 2025 is hereby stayed till final disposal of the appeal pending before the District Magistrate & Collector, South 24 Parganas.

6. It is made clear that after disposal of the appeal, the authorities will be at liberty to proceed with the notice

dated 22nd September, 2025 in accordance with law, subject to the decision in appeal.
