Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner from her present school to another school. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she was appointed based on her performance in first State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Class IX & X).

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the selection process i.e., first SLST, 2016 (Class IX, X, XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at this stage no order need be passed on this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law in future if situation so arises.
