The petitioners are assailing traffic restrictions at Chandannagar of District- Hooghly to be imposed during the Jagaddhatri Puja festival and at the time of immersion of the Idol, the restrictions are yet to be imposed besides such restrictions are necessary to maintain the public order, therefore, the challenge is misconceived, WPA (P) 458 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
