The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher of Geography at Kalupur Junior High School, P.O: Duttapulia, P.S. Dhantala, District: Nadia.

The petitioner applied for transfer under the Utsashree Portal but same was returned by the Teacher-in-Charge of the said school, aggrieved thereby the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition.

The petitioner is praying that the Commission be directed to recommend her transfer.

Mr. Rama Prasad Sarkar, learned Counsel for the State respondents submits that he has received an instruction from the District Inspector of School (S.E.) Nadia, the respondent no. 4 herein wherefrom it appears that the petitioner is the single teacher for Social Science in the said school.

He files photocopy of the said instruction, let it be kept with the record.

The operation of the Utsashree Portal has been suspended besides the petitioner is the single teacher in her subject of the School as such the prayer of the petitioner does not deserve consideration.

W.P.A. 24331 of 2022 for the above reason is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
