We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners are in custody for about four months. It is alleged they were transporting 28 kgs. of ganja in a train. 3.

In view of the aforesaid accusation and the materials collected during investigation implicating the petitioners in the crime and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
