Since none represented the State, Mr. Dipanjan Dutta, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Mr.

Dutta is entitled to have a junior of his choice. The appointment of both Mr. Dutta and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the concerned authority.

In view of the petitioner no more desirous to pursue the writ petition further, WPA 24884 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
