Basu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an application made on 21st November, 2019 before the Commissioner of Police, Biddhannagar Police Headquarters by the petitioner is not considered till date.

Heard both the parties.

The Commissioner of Police, Biddhannagar Police Headquarters being the respondent no.4 in the instant writ petition is requested to consider the application dated 21st November, 2019 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and allow him to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing preferably within a period of four weeks from

date. The respondent no.4 is also requested to communicate the decision arrived at to the petitioner within a fortnight from the date of taking such decision.

With the above direction WPA 22302 of 2019 along with CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of. Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
