1. On going through the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same is not in proper form. He, therefore, seeks liberty to file a writ petition afresh.

2. With such liberty, we dismiss the present writ petition.

3. Certified copy of the order dated 30.07.2024 passed in R.A. No.350/17 of 2024 be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner upon supplying a photocopy of the same, by the Assistant Court Officer.
