Petitioner being a cooperative society has filed this writ petition making prayer for allowing him to participate in the tender relating to ICDS project in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 24340 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate representation before the authority concerned raising the grievance raised in this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from date and if such representation is made before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed of by him in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners

or its authorized representatives within two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
