3. As a last chance the alleged contemnor is directed to appear on the next returnable date. Failing which appropriate shall be passed in the absence of the alleged contemnor.

4. Let this matter appear on 08.05.2026.

5. The petitioner is directed to serve alleged contemnor afresh along with the order of this Court.

6. The contempt application along with the said order shall be served upon the alleged contemnor through special messenger at the cost to be borne by the petitioner.
