The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that his complaint which was addressed to the Bishnupur Police Station, was not acted upon.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the State, has submitted a report. The report reflects that pursuant to the written complaint filed by the petitioner, police has registered Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 239 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024. Prima facie the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the State.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he being the de facto complainant was called upon to submit documents by 2nd November, 2024 but, he has subsequently received notice. Accordingly, the

petitioners will submit the documents by 30th November, 2024 with the investigating officer of Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 239 of 2024. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24857 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Let the report be submitted on 27th November, 2024 when the writ petition will appear under the heading 'For Orders'.
