By this writ petition, the sustainability of the no confidence notice dated 03.11.2006 and the resolution adopted on 09.11.2006 in relation to the affairs of the Managing Committee of Midrapur Anchal High School (H.S.), this writ petition was preferred.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
