Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that not much investigation has been done in this case, especially in view of the non-cooperation on the part of the Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6 submits that his client has already been responded to the notice sent by the police under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Necessary documents have also been supplied. However, all those documents are not been made a part of the affidavit that was to be handed over to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the

investigation is continuing.

It appears that the respondent no.6 has responded to the queries of the police authorities under Section 91 of the Code.

Let the Investigating Agency conclude the investigation expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
