Under the garb of review application, the petitioners want to have re-hearing of the appeal that was disposed of on merits.

Moreover, we have recorded in the order under review the submission made on behalf of the applicants that the Madrasah is presently having all the infrastructural facilities and the recognition of the Madrasah may be considered afresh.

It is needless to mention that in the event the Madrasah fulfils all the requisite criteria, the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education shall grant recognition in the event the said Authority is approached by the petitioners as already

recorded in our order dated 17th July, 2023.

3. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to review our order.

4. Accordingly, the review application stands dismissed.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
