Considering the prayers in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take out proper application in the pending contempt proceeding before the jurisdictional Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

It is made clear that, this court has not gone into the merits of this writ petition. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take all the points in his application, if such application is filed before the tribunal. In the event, such an application is filed, the tribunal shall dispose it of expeditiously in accordance with law.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 24896 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
