The order of this Court has been complied with. The learned Advocate for the applicant has produced a document which indicates that the self-demolition order has been issued by the Barasat Municipality.

Nothing remains to be decided in the contempt application, as there is no wilful violation of the court's order. The authority shall act and proceed in accordance with law on the basis of the order of self-demolition, unless the same is either vacated, stayed or set aside by a superior forum.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The copy of the order is taken on record.
