Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits, upon instruction, that they do not have any objection if the construction is carried on in terms of the report filed by the engineers of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority in Court.

It appears from the documents annexed to the report that KMDA afforded an opportunity of hearing to the members of the petitioners and signatures of the members of the petitioners are appearing in the documents annexed to the report.

Learned advocate appearing for the KMDA submits that the same is a very important project and

the construction will be made in accordance with the report filed before this Court.

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation does not have a role to play in the matter.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
