For the Respondent Mr. Tewari, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners prays for liberty to withdraw this writ petition on the ground that there are some technical defects in the petition.

Ms. Samanta, appearing for the respondent submits that even on the basis of the Annexures to the writ petition, the petitioners have no cause of action and the names of the petitioners do not appear in the Records of Rights.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State respondents W.P.A. 22346 of 2019 is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
