I have perused the impugned order, I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Calcutta in Criminal Appeal No. 17 of 2014. As the parties failed to take step for quite long time, this court is of the view that they are not interested to proceed with the instant revision as the same becomes infructuous due to passage of time. As a result, the instant revision is dismissed.
