1. This public interest litigation has been filed seeking for a direction upon the official respondent nos.10 and 11 to cause an enquiry with regard to the alleged employment of certain persons in the Bose Institute which, according to the petitioner, are backdoor appointments and illegal appointments.

2. Since the matter concerns a service dispute and the question of entertaining a public interest litigation on this aspect would not arise. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any other action of the concerned persons with regard to alleged misappropriate of funds of the society etc, it will be well open to the petitioner to invoke the other remedies which are available under law.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
