1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available in the case diary.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned counsel for the State, it appears that the present petitioner misused the liberty on two occasions and secondly he absconded for eight years.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Thus, the application for bail being C.R.M. (M) 2124 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
